Leading for Wellbeing and Performance
For leaders who want to create cultures where people and results thrive.
Programme Overview
Leading for Wellbeing and Performance offers an interactive blend of science, reflection and practice. You’ll explore the neuroscience and physiology of wellbeing and high performance, gaining a clear understanding of how the body-brain system drives resilience and how chronic stress and pressure undermine it.
You’ll explore what this means for how you lead yourself and how you lead with and for others. You’ll reflect on your own wellbeing and leadership habits, then work with peers to identify the pressures that create stress in your team and wider organisation.
Through dynamic discussions, coaching conversations and collaborative exercises, you’ll design practical, leader-led changes that help create environments where people can thrive and perform at their best.
What You'll Explore
● How the brain-body system works, the impact of stress on performance, and how to optimise physiological and mental states
● What resilience is, how it underpins performance and adaptability, and practical ways to strengthen it in yourself and others
● Why energy is a finite resource and how to maximise the return on the energy you and your team expend
● The habits and routines - from sleep and movement to calming the mind - that support sustained energy, focus and wellbeing
● Why rest, reflection, and mental downtime are essential for innovation, decision-making and sustainable high performance
● How belonging and social safety shape motivation and behaviour, and how to create environments where people feel secure, valued and able to contribute freely
● The twin responsibilities of self-leadership and collective leadership in enhancing wellbeing and performance
● Identifying the behaviours and ways of working in your organisation that need to shift to reduce chronic stress and build a healthy, high-performing culture

What You'll Experience
● A refreshingly human and evidence-based approach to leadership development
● Deep reflection away from day-to-day demands
● Practical tools you can embed into your leadership and culture
● Coaching-style facilitation with both high support and high challenge
● Insight from neuroscience, psychology, and organisational research
● Opportunities to apply learning to your real leadership challenges, not just theory
● A shared language and framework for wellbeing and performance that resonates across roles and levels
Who Is It For?
Leading for Wellbeing and Performance is for leaders and managers at all levels who want to build healthy, high-performing teams and organisations and are ready to begin with their own leadership. Whether you’re noticing early signs of burnout, navigating significant change, needing to improve organisational performance or simply seeking a more sustainable and energising way to work, it offers a chance to recalibrate, refocus and lead for the long term.
It’s also great for intact teams, especially senior leadership teams who shape culture across a department, function or organisation. Experiencing the programme together strengthens collective resilience, creates shared language and commitment, and equips the team to model the behaviours that enable people and performance to thrive.

Leading for Wellbeing and Performance can be delivered virtually, in your offices, or at one of our hand-picked inspiring venues surrounded by nature. Changing the scenery can unlock fresh thinking, deepen reflection, and create the space for breakthroughs that last - discover more here.

2-Hour Virtual Masterclass
This practical, interactive masterclass introduces the core foundations of wellbeing, resilience and high performance, drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and the realities of modern leadership. You’ll gain an understanding of how your brain-body system responds under pressure, and the importance of preventing chronic stress from occurring. You’ll also have a chance to reflect on how to embed wellbeing into your leadership so that you, the people around you - and performance - can flourish.
Who Is It For?
This masterclass is designed for emerging leaders and managers who want to lead in a more sustainable, human-centred way. It’s relevant for anyone who wants to strengthen their own resilience and their team's, and who is committed to thriving, not just surviving, in work and in life.

Creating A Longer Journey
While our leadership development programmes can run as stand-alone experiences, their greatest impact comes when the learning is sustained. We recommend partnering with us on a 3–6 month follow-on coaching journey to create lasting behavioural change. For groups of leaders or managers, monthly group coaching pods can keep the insights alive and translate them into powerful individual and collective action. For teams, we recommend a bespoke Team Elevation coaching programme.
