Thriving Together Days are immersive, nature-based team experiences designed to pause the pace, strengthen your team’s human heartbeat, and reconnect with what energises and sustains you.
Time outdoors in nature provides a powerful backdrop for deeper reflection and connection, more authentic dialogue, and a shift in pace that allows teams to step out of old patterns and into new ways of relating.

A Thriving Together Day typically includes:
● Grounding arrival: Gentle breathwork, movement or mindfulness to slow down, settle the nervous system, and arrive fully in the space.
● Nature-based walking conversations: Facilitated prompts and partner walks to unlock deeper reflection, away from screens and meeting rooms.
● Wellbeing insight activities: Thoughtfully designed reflective exercises to explore what’s supporting or draining energy, resilience and connection.
● Team circles: Safe, structured group dialogue to share experiences, deepen psychological safety, and build mutual understanding.
● Commitment to action: identifying simple, powerful shifts to support better wellbeing and ways of working.
The day isn’t heavy, but it is deep. It's calm, considered, and gently revealing - creating space for both personal and collective recalibration.

A Deeper Immersion In Nature
For teams who want a more immersive nature-based experience, Thriving Together Days can include Forest Bathing and a woodland Japanese Tea Ceremony, delivered in partnership with Lisa Duncan. Designed to gently interrupt the pace of everyday working life, these experiences create space to slow down, tune into the senses, and reconnect - with yourself, each other, and the natural environment - opening up fresh perspective and deeper clarity.
Lisa brings a unique blend of corporate insight and mindful nature practice. Formerly a Project Specialist with Sony in New York and half Japanese, she is now a fully certified mindfulness and forest bathing guide, creating calming, multi-sensory experiences in nature that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember what matters most.

Thriving Together Days can be single days out, or we can also work with you to design a longer two-or three-day team retreat away from it all.

Creating A Longer Journey
A team Thriving Together Day can be delivered as a stand-alone experience.
