The Leader You Want To Be is built around the Future–Engage–Deliver (FED) framework made famous by the best-selling book Leadership Plain and Simple.
When you’re connected to a future you believe in, you come alive. Your leadership becomes energising and compelling, and you build relationships that bring people with you - giving others voice, agency and a meaningful role in shaping what comes next.
This isn’t leadership theory for theory’s sake. It’s leadership as a human act: envisioning and shaping the future you want, inspiring and engaging others in the journey, and delivering through others without burning yourself or your team out.

2-Hour Virtual Masterclass
This dynamic masterclass offers a thought-provoking introduction to the Future–Engage–Deliver (FED) framework, distilling great leadership to its essentials. Through two core FED concepts - leadership energy and your mode of being - you’ll explore how the way you show up directly shapes your influence and outcomes. Interactive exercises will help you strengthen your awareness of your impact, so you can lead with greater confidence, clarity and humanity.
Who Is It For?
The 2-hour masterclass is designed for emerging leaders and managers who want to deepen their self-awareness and become more intentional about how they show up. It supports participants to explore their personal leadership style, understand the impact they have on others, and develop more conscious, authentic ways of inspiring and engaging those around them.

Creating A Longer Journey
While our leadership development programmes can run as stand-alone experiences, their greatest impact comes when the learning is sustained. We recommend partnering with us on a 3–6 month follow-on coaching journey to create lasting behavioural change. For groups of leaders or managers, monthly group coaching pods can keep the insights alive and translate them into powerful individual and collective action. For teams, we recommend a bespoke Team Elevation coaching programme.
