What You'll Experience

●  Tailored design: No two teams are the same, so no two team coaching journeys are either. Team Elevation is bespoke to your unique challenges, context and goals - shaped by discovery conversations with your team and key stakeholders, and a comprehensive Team 360 diagnostic questionnaire.

 

●  Systemic team coaching: We work with the team as a whole system - helping you see hidden patterns, unlock new insight and strengthen how you work together. We focus on collective awareness, clarity and communication, and bring in the perspectives of your stakeholders and the wider systems you are part of and serve.

●  Real outcomes, not theory: The experience is designed to support meaningful shifts in mindset, behaviour, wellbeing and results. You’ll leave with practical agreements, deeper alignment, and stronger foundations for trust, resilience and high performance.

How It Works:

Team Elevation is typically delivered over several months, as real team development takes time, intention, and space. The journey is likely to include:​

●  Discovery and diagnostics: Initial conversations to understand your team’s current dynamics, context, and goals.

​​​

●  Immersive in-person and virtual workshops: Half-day or full-day sessions with team coaching, facilitated exercises and guided reflection, including time in nature where relevant and possible.

​​

●  Ongoing integration: Regular coaching touchpoints to embed learning, navigate challenges, and track progress.

Creating A Longer Journey

A Team Elevation bespoke team coaching programme can stand alone or be paired with one of our leadership development programmes - Leading for Wellbeing and Performance or The Leader You Want To Be - to ensure the mindset shifts they spark are embedded as lasting behavioural change in how you lead and work together. 

You can also add a Thriving Together Day at any stage to create valuable space away from daily pressures, deepen connection, and carve out dedicated time to focus on your individual and collective wellbeing.
