The story behind Make a Bigger Difference
Meet Kate, Our Founder
Unashamedly idealistic, Kate brings both her professional expertise and personal passion to her work. As a leadership consultant, executive and team coach, health coach, outdoor enthusiast and founder of and lead consultant behind Make A Bigger Difference, Kate’s personal motto has always been, “Dream Big. Don’t settle.”
Believing that great leadership has the power to change the world, she is dedicated to helping others get to the heart of what matters most and supporting them to make bold, positive changes so they can pursue their ambitions with energy, resilience, and aliveness.
Central to her work is a deep commitment to putting wellbeing at the heart of how we live and lead, creating cultures where people and performance thrive.

Lived Experiences
Before founding Make a Bigger Difference, Kate built a successful leadership career across global brands and purpose-led organisations.
She began her career in marketing at Procter & Gamble, leading brands across the UK and EMEA, and delivering award-winning commercial growth. She later followed her passion for nature and storytelling as Global Brand Manager for BBC Earth, leading the marketing for Frozen Planet and establishing BBC Earth as an international brand.
Kate went on to hold Director-level leadership roles at Nuffield Health and Macmillan Cancer Support, bringing together her commercial rigour with her interest in health and wellbeing and desire to make a difference.
Kate founded Make a Bigger Difference to integrate her three lifelong passions - leadership and personal growth, health and wellbeing, and nature and the outdoors. Her work now focuses on energy, resilience and what it takes to thrive in an always-on world.
